[expand title=”What is the Tailgate Party?” tag=”h4″]

The Tailgate Party is the Cardinal Booster Club’s largest fundraiser, which raises money to support all of the athletic teams of Middleton High School. It is a super-fun event where  anyone (over age 21) attend. We will have live music, a deejay and dancing, and games such as beer pong, bag toss, football throw, and sumo wrestling. There will also be a 50/50 CASH RAFFLE with all proceeds going directly to a low-income athlete fund, so that ALL students who want to participate in MHS athletics can have a chance! Like last year, there will be a silent auction where all of the teams put together awesome baskets of goodies that you can try to get by bidding the highest.[/expand]

[expand title=”What should I wear?” tag=”h4″]
Wear warm, comfortable clothing for playing games and having fun. It tends to be a little chilly in Keva, so bring a sweatshirt or light coat if you tend to get cold. Better yet, wear your Tailgate t-shirt (with a long-sleeved shirt underneath) and your Middleton hat and you’ll get a FREE RAFFLE TICKET for each item of clothing purchased. [/expand]

With every purchase of apparel, you will receive 1 free raffle ticket for our 50/50 CASH raffle. You can purchase apparel through our ticket purchase and registration page.[/expand]

[expand title=”What sponsorship levels are available?” tag=”h4″]

We have 2 types of sponsorship:

$250 Club Level –  designed for individuals, families, and small businesses who want to do more than just attend the event, with extra support for our athletes. This level comes with 2 tickets to the event and a personalized “Cardinal KaBob” which will be on display at the event and available to take home after the party!

$1,000 Corporate Level – designed for our very generous businesses without whose support we could not succeed. This level comes with 10 tickets to the event, your company logo or name on all promotional materials before, during and after the event, and the option to hang a banner at the event.[/expand]

[expand title=”How much of my ticket or sponsorship is tax deductible?*” tag=”h4″]

Individual Tickets: the FMV (Fair Market Value) of each ticket is $25. Deduct that from the cost of each ticket purchased to determine your tax deductible portion.

Club Level Sponsor: $200 of this sponsorship is tax deductible, given that this sponsorship comes with 2 event tickets valued at $25/each.

Corporate Level Sponsor: $750 of this sponsorship is tax deductible, given that this sponsorship comes with 10 event tickets valued at $25/each.

*If you choose not to receive some or all of the event tickets with your sponsorship, please let us know so that we can correctly indicate the amount of your deduction on your tax receipt.[/expand]
